Jamie began his career as an underwriter for MetLife's Group Health Division in 1978 in New York City.  He moved into a sales position in 1980, and in 1983 assumed sales management responsibilities for the New York Region.  In 1993 he was appointed Eastern Regional Sales Director.

In 1996, Jamie joined Corporate Healthcare Financing, Inc., now Meritain Health, as Vice President of Sales.  His primary focus was consulting with mid-size companies on all facets of their Employee Benefits Program, helping to build the company into a leading provider of self-funded healthcare programs in the United States.

He founded I M P A C T Employee Benefits to provide personalized insurance services for small and mid-size businesses.  Expert in both traditional funding and self-funding arrangements, Jamie is also a thought leader in both Consumer Driven Healthcare and Wellness Programs.

He is active with the Boy Scouts of America, Parkinson's Walk for the Cure, EHE International Thought Leader Forum, the Advisory Board of Abbey Group Companies, past president of Pennsbury Aquatic Club, and a member of WCUMC.

He also enjoys boating, running half marathons, and spending time with his wife, Donna and their five children.

Dan provides consultations to individuals interested in exploring working for themselves.  He helps his clients to achieve their dreams, such as:

Pierre M. Eade, PMP

Pierre Eade worked 12 years for Bristol-Myers Squibb pharmaceutical company as a project manager before making a career change this past Easter in becoming a pastor.  His role is Pastor of Outreach and Men's ministries at Washington Crossing United Methodist church.

As his first official "project" on staff with the church, Pierre has coordinated the 2010 Greater Philadelphia/NJ Job Fair.  "It just makes perfect sense.  People are in need of work and with my background in business, I thought it'd be a great way to meet a practical need of people in our area." 

Pierre will be sharing during the event about his own career change and the lessons he learned in making the jump from Corporate America to full-time ministry.  Pierre is also a writer and speaker and his writings on the Christian Life can be found on his website www.christiangrowthnetwork.com.
