Access Services was founded in 1976 by a group of Christian social workers. Their vision was to create an organization whose focus was to develop innovative social services to fill unmet needs in their communities.

Access Services now operates in 9 counties in northeastern and southern Pennsylvania and offers a wide variety of services to people with developmental disabilities and children with mental health, emotional or behavioral issues.

Our mission is to empower and serve people in need of specialized

supports by providing innovative services that improve their ability to

live fulfilling lives in the community.

Our openings are:

Direct Care Positions - We are seeking caring & experienced individuals to work 1-on-1 with children and adults with developmental disabilities in their home. Positions are primarily afternoon/evening & flexible weekend hours in the Bucks & Montgomery County area. Applicants must have a car and a current valid driver's license.
